Strategic Execution
Jonathan H. Rosenson
Building and running technology businesses — and the operating systems, teams, and customer relationships that hold them together.
About
As a leader I establish clear accountability, measurable outcomes, and repeatable processes. Much of my work sits at the intersection of growth, performance, customer experience, and technology operations—with an increasing focus on how practical AI can improve both the customer experience and the efficiency of delivering it. My community efforts support education and engagement. Outside of work, I enjoy running and cycling. Most importantly, I’m a husband and father.
