Much of my work sits at the intersection of growth, performance, customer experience, and technology operations—with an increasing focus on how practical AI can improve both the customer experience and the efficiency of delivering it. My community efforts support education and engagement. Outside of work, I enjoy running and cycling. Most importantly, I’m a husband and father.

Pittsburgh Delegate to HBS Young American Leaders Program (YALP) Class II. Named to Pittsburgh Magazine's 40 Under 40 in 2001 for professional and philanthropic contributions to the region.
